Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing the Aiudit platform, the customer accepts these terms on behalf of its authorized users. Enterprise customers may execute a superseding Master Services Agreement.

2. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Aiudit to evade lawful oversight, exfiltrate third-party data, or subvert audit and evidence integrity controls. Aiudit reserves the right to suspend workspaces implicated in credible integrity incidents pending review.

3. Service commitments

Production tenants are targeted at 99.9% monthly availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced through the customer console at least 72 hours in advance. Incident post-mortems are published to affected workspaces within 10 business days.

4. Data ownership

The customer retains ownership of all data submitted to the platform. Aiudit processes such data solely to deliver the service and to fulfill audit, evidence, and compliance functions requested by the customer.

5. Warranties & liability

The service is provided under the warranties expressed in the operative order form. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for indemnified obligations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for uncured material breach. Upon termination, sealed evidence exports remain available for 30 days before secure destruction under a signed attestation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
