Enter the decision code and access PIN issued to you by the agency. You will receive a plain-language explanation and a signed receipt you can keep, share with a lawyer, or hand to an oversight body.
Future versions of this portal will accept your national digital-identity wallet (EUDI / DigiLocker / Singpass / eID) so you won't need a PIN at all — see the integration notes in our documentation.
